GrowReach. Visual Identity Brief

Date: 2026-09-01 (enriched with product feature architecture) Analyst: brand-strategist profile (Hermes Agent) Method: brand-identity skill (Brand Building Skills collection v1.0.0) Grounded in:

Positioning constraint: Visual identity must be distinctly different from Linqin (near-black + orange, dark-mode, editorial serif) and from the category default (LinkedIn blue/white SaaS). Must support a CRO-optimized homepage with UGC video, before/after comparisons, and pipeline dashboard visuals.

01. IDENTITY STRATEGY STATEMENT

GrowReach's visual identity translates the comments-to-leads motion into a warm, energetic, human-first aesthetic that stands in deliberate contrast to the cold SaaS dashboards and dark editorial palettes dominating the LinkedIn automation category. Where Linqin is near-black and restrained (quiet autopilot), GrowReach is warm and forward-leaning (momentum, pipeline, action). Where the category defaults to LinkedIn blue (cold, corporate, tool-like), GrowReach uses a deep green-teal primary that signals conversation, growth, and something alive. Not a dashboard, but a relationship.

The design language communicates the core value: auto-commenting thoughtfully on key conversations across LinkedIn, so that the right people notice you. By becoming visible as an expert in the discussions that matter, those interactions turn into warm inbound leads that come to you. The visual system should make this loop feel inevitable and effortless.

The "learns your style" marketing angle is grounded in real product mechanics. GrowReach builds a Final Commenting Strategy from five inputs: Target Users (known prospects you want to be noticed by), Target Topics (keywords to find relevant posts), Commenting Voice (how you want to be perceived: goals, persona, tone, priority, emoji usage, custom do/don't instructions), My AI Persona (your professional identity: role, industry, seniority, skills, AI-generated background summary), and Comment Filters (topics you don't want to comment on). The AI auto-generates a Voice Brief from your LinkedIn profile data, which you can edit. This is not a tagline. It is a real system. The visual identity should make this intelligence visible: the homepage should show that GrowReach doesn't just "write comments." It builds a commenting strategy unique to each user.

Every visual decision should communicate one idea: this is a tool built by operators who understand that conversations, not impressions, are what turn LinkedIn into revenue. The aesthetic should feel premium without being cold, confident without being arrogant, and human without being casual. Clarity and momentum drive the design: generous whitespace, clean grotesque typography, and real human faces (UGC video) over dashboard screenshots.

02. LOGO DIRECTION

Primary direction: Wordmark with optional symbol. Clean geometric grotesque, constructed, modern. The wordmark is the primary logo; a simple geometric symbol (not a chat bubble, not a robot, not a "G" monogram) may accompany it as a secondary mark for app icons and favicons.

Character: Confident, modern, approachable. Not austere (that's Linqin). Not playful (that's Kawaak). Not corporate (that's Taplio). The logo should feel like a premium tech tool that doesn't take itself too seriously. Confident but warm.

Style notes:

What to avoid:

3 Logo References:

# Brand Quality to borrow
1 Linear Clean geometric wordmark, tight kerning, premium feel without austerity. The way "Linear" feels like a serious tool without being corporate. Borrow: the typographic confidence and minimal construction.
2 Cal.com Warm, approachable SaaS logo. Geometric but not cold. The way it feels friendly without being playful. Borrow: the warmth in a geometric form.
3 Attio Modern, distinctive SaaS wordmark with a subtle geometric symbol. The way it stands out in a crowded category (CRM) through typography alone. Borrow: the category-distinguishing confidence.

03. COLOR PALETTE

Primary Color

Attribute Value
Name Deep Teal
Hex #0D6E6E (or a close variant. The exact shade should be tested against Linqin's near-black and the category's blue to confirm visual distinctiveness)
Rationale Green-teal signals conversation, growth, and "alive." The exact opposite of the category's cold blue dashboards and Linqin's near-black restraint. It's the only color in the 11-tool competitive set that nobody uses. It feels organic and human (conversation) while being premium and tech-adjacent (not a "health brand" green). It differentiates GrowReach instantly in a sidebar of competitor screenshots.
Role Primary brand color. Used in logo, headers, key CTAs, primary buttons, brand backgrounds in hero sections

Secondary Colors

Color Hex Role Rationale
Warm Coral #FF6B5B (or a warm coral/terracotta. NOT orange, which is Linqin's) Accent. Secondary CTAs, highlights, hover states, "warm lead" indicators, HOT Heat Score badges in the dashboard Warmth and human energy. Contrasts with the teal primary to create a warm/cool dynamic that feels alive. Used sparingly, like a highlighter. Not as a fill.
Off-White / Cream #FAF8F5 (warm off-white, NOT pure white) Background. Primary canvas for the homepage and product Warm, human, editorial. Signals "written by a human" not "generated by a machine." Deliberately not pure white (#FFFFFF), which feels cold and SaaS-generic. The cream warmth is off-category.
Charcoal #2D2D2D (warm dark gray, NOT pure black) Text. Primary body text, headlines on light backgrounds Warm dark for readability. Not pure black (#000) which feels harsh and is too close to Linqin's #0F0F12. The warm charcoal maintains premium feel without being austere.
Soft Sage #E8F0EC (pale green-tinted gray) Secondary background. Section dividers, card backgrounds, muted UI elements A subtle green tint that ties back to the primary teal without being overwhelming. Creates visual cohesion across sections.
Muted Gold #E8B84A (warm muted gold, NOT bright yellow) Highlight. WARM Heat Score badges, pipeline indicators, success states, premium markers Warmth and value. Used in the dashboard to indicate pipeline/warm leads and WARM Heat Score states. The "gold" at the end of the loop. Sparingly used, like a medal.

Color Personality

The palette occupies the emotional territory of warm competence. Confident and premium (teal) but human and approachable (coral, cream, warm charcoal). It's deliberately not cold (blue/white SaaS), not dark (Linqin's near-black), and not aggressive (PowerIn's bold reds/oranges). It feels like a tool built by people who care about relationships, not a tool built by a factory.

Usage Rules

Rule Detail
Teal dominance Teal is the primary brand color. Use it for the logo, hero backgrounds (as a gradient or solid), primary CTAs, and key UI elements. It should be the color people associate with GrowReach.
Coral for accent only Coral is the accent. Use it for secondary CTAs, highlights, hover states, HOT Heat Score indicators, and "warm lead" markers. Never as a fill for large areas. Never as the primary CTA color (that's teal).
Cream as canvas The homepage background is cream/off-white (#FAF8F5), not pure white. This is a deliberate differentiation from every SaaS tool that uses pure white. The warmth signals "human."
Charcoal for text Body text is warm charcoal (#2D2D2D), not pure black. Headlines can be teal or charcoal.
Avoid blue entirely Do not use any shade of blue in the primary palette. Blue is the category default. Using it makes GrowReach look like "another LinkedIn tool." The only exception: LinkedIn's own blue may appear in social proof screenshots.
Avoid orange entirely Do not use orange in any shade. It's too close to Linqin's #FF6B35. Coral is warm but distinct from orange.
Gold and Coral for Heat Score Muted gold (#E8B84A) for WARM Heat Score indicators. Coral (#FF6B5B) for HOT Heat Score indicators. Both reserved for the lead/pipeline visualization in the dashboard and on the homepage loop. The "treasure" colors at the end of the loop.

Palette Type

Analogous-complementary: teal as the dominant primary, with warm coral as a complementary accent and cream/charcoal as neutrals. The gold is a tertiary highlight. This creates a warm/cool dynamic (teal cool, coral/gold warm) that feels alive and balanced.

04. TYPOGRAPHY

Primary Typeface

Attribute Value
Font Plus Jakarta Sans (free, Google Fonts). Or alternatively General Sans (free, Indian Type Foundry)
Character Clean, modern grotesque with a geometric foundation. Slightly warmer and more human than Inter (the SaaS default). Tight, confident letterforms with generous x-height for readability. Not austere (like Helvetica), not quirky (like FS Mackay), not generic (like Inter).
Why this font It's distinct from the category's default (Inter/System sans) and from Linqin's DM Sans. It has a geometric precision that signals "well-engineered tool" while the slightly rounded terminals add warmth. It's highly legible at all sizes. Critical for a homepage with dense proof points. Free and available on Google Fonts, so no licensing friction.

Secondary Typeface

Attribute Value
Font Fraunces (free, Google Fonts). A modern variable serif with personality
Character Editorial, warm, slightly old-school. Not a traditional book serif. It has personality and optical sizing that makes it feel "written by a human," not "generated by a template."
Why this font Linqin uses Instrument Serif for editorial emphasis. We need a serif that serves the same purpose (human signal, editorial accent) but is distinctly different. Fraunces is warmer, more characterful, and more distinctive than Instrument Serif. It signals "there's a person behind this brand." Use it for emphasis words in headlines (italic), pull quotes, and testimonial attributions.

Type Personality

The typographic system says: "This is a modern, well-built tool (geometric grotesque) created by people who write and think (editorial serif accents)." The grotesque carries the product/UI language; the serif carries the human/editorial voice. Together they create the "conversation." The clean sans is the tool, the warm serif is the person using it.

Usage Hierarchy

Level Font Weight Size guidance
H1 (hero headline) Plus Jakarta Sans Bold (700) 48-64px desktop, 32-40px mobile. Tight line-height (1.1-1.2).
H2 (section headlines) Plus Jakarta Sans SemiBold (600) 32-40px desktop, 24-28px mobile.
H3 (subsection) Plus Jakarta Sans SemiBold (600) 22-28px.
Body Plus Jakarta Sans Regular (400) 16-18px. Line-height 1.5-1.6 for readability.
Body small / labels Plus Jakarta Sans Medium (500) 13-14px.
Emphasis words in headlines Fraunces (italic) Regular italic (400 italic) Same size as the headline. Use for 1-2 words max per headline. e.g. "Turn thoughtful comments into warm inbound leads."
Pull quotes / testimonials Fraunces Regular (400) or SemiBold (600) 20-28px. Italic for attribution.
UI labels / buttons Plus Jakarta Sans Medium (500) 14-15px. Sentence case.

Avoid

Typeface category Why
Inter / System UI sans The SaaS default. Every competitor uses it. Zero differentiation.
DM Sans Linqin's primary font. Using it signals "Linqin clone."
Helvetica / Arial Too corporate, too generic.
Display serifs (Playfair, Lora) Too decorative for a tech tool. Fraunces is the right balance of personality and restraint.
Comic Sans, Poppins, Nunito Too casual/rounded for the revenue-focused audience.
Monospace fonts for body Too technical. Monospace is for code samples in documentation only.

05. IMAGERY & PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE

Overall Aesthetic

Warm, human, real. The visual mood is "operator showing you their screen." Not "stock photo of a person smiling at a laptop." The imagery should feel like you're looking over the shoulder of someone who just closed a deal because of a comment they left three weeks ago. Real people, real screens, real results.

Subject Matter

Subject How to use it Why
UGC video testimonials Primary social proof on the homepage. 2-3 short (30-60s) videos of real operators talking about their GrowReach experience UGC video is the most powerful trust signal. No competitor uses real customer video on their homepage. This is the biggest visual differentiation.
Real comment screenshots Before/after comparisons: generic AI comment vs GrowReach comment on the same post. Show them side-by-side. The most powerful quality proof. Let the audience judge the quality with their own eyes.
Real dashboard screenshots The pipeline dashboard showing the full flow: comment, conversation, warm lead with Heat Score, reach out with drafted connection request, pipeline. Real data. Proves the closed loop visually. No competitor can show this because none have it.
Commenting Voice configuration Screenshot of the Commenting Voice page: content goals, persona, tone, priority, emoji toggle, custom do/don't instructions. Shows the "learns your style" system is real and configurable. Proves the AI doesn't guess. It learns from your explicit preferences and LinkedIn profile data. Makes the "learns your style" angle tangible.
My AI Persona configuration Screenshot of the My AI Persona page: job role, industry, seniority, skills, AI-generated background summary (editable). Shows the credibility substrate that grounds every comment. Proves that comments are anchored in the user's real professional identity, not generic AI output.
Post Boost activity view Screenshot showing real GrowReach users engaging with a boosted post. Comments from multiple accounts, first-hour engagement metrics, engagement speed settings. Proves the reciprocity network is real and active. Shows the network effect visually.
Real people (not stock) If using photos of people, use real users, real team members, real operators. Not stock models. Stock photos destroy trust. Real faces build it. The audience is skeptical; they can spot a stock photo instantly.
Product UI (real, not mocked) Screenshots of the actual product. The dashboard, the comment generation flow, the lead tracking with Heat Score, the Post Boost network, the Team Management view. Not stylized mockups. Proves the product exists and works. Mockups signal "vaporware." Real screenshots signal "this is built."

Color Treatment

Treatment When to use Why
Natural, warm-toned UGC video, real people photos Warmth and authenticity. No color grading, no filters. Just real footage.
High contrast, clean Dashboard screenshots, UI captures Clarity and readability. The product should look sharp and professional.
Teal-tinted overlays Hero background, section dividers Brand cohesion. A subtle teal gradient or overlay ties the imagery to the brand color.

What to Avoid

Avoid Why
Stock photos (especially "person at laptop smiling at screen") Instant trust killer. The audience sees these as fake. Every SaaS uses them.
Dashboard mockups / wireframes Signal vaporware. Use real screenshots only.
Growth charts / upward arrows The category cliche. Every tool shows a growth chart. GrowReach shows the loop, not the chart.
Avatar grids ("trusted by 3,000+ professionals" with circular avatars) Linqin does this. UGC video replaces this.
Abstract 3D shapes / glassmorphism Overused SaaS trend. Feels generic and dated.
Blue-tinted imagery The category default. Our imagery should be warm-toned (cream, teal, coral), not blue-tinted.

06. ICONOGRAPHY & ILLUSTRATION

Style

Line icons, geometric, consistent weight. Clean, minimal, and functional. Not decorative or illustrative. The icons should feel like part of the product UI, not standalone art.

Attribute Value
Style Line icons (stroked, not filled). Geometric, constructed. No hand-drawn elements.
Weight Regular (1.5-2px stroke at 24px size). Consistent across the set.
Corners Slightly rounded (2px radius). Matches the warm, approachable brand personality. Not sharp (too cold), not fully rounded (too casual).
Personality Functional and utilitarian. Icons should communicate meaning instantly. Not expressive or branded. The brand lives in the color and typography, not in the icons.
Source Use an established icon set (Lucide, Phosphor) rather than custom-designed icons. Consistency matters more than uniqueness for UI icons. Custom icon only for the logo symbol.

Icon Usage Guidelines

Context Style Example
Feature cards 24-32px line icon in teal, centered above the feature title Commenting Module: a speech bubble with a checkmark (but NOT a chat bubble. Use a more abstract conversation symbol). Commenting Voice: a sliders/settings icon. AI Persona: a user/id-card icon. Comment Filters: a filter/funnel icon.
Dashboard UI 16-20px line icon in charcoal, inline with labels Warm leads: a person silhouette with a small dot indicator. Heat Score: a flame or thermometer icon with HOT/WARM label. Pipeline stages: stage-specific icons (New, Reached Out, Connected, Won). ICP definition: a target/bullseye icon.
Homepage loop visual Custom illustrated icons for each loop stage (Comment, Conversation, Warm Lead with Heat Score, Reach Out, Pipeline), connected by arrows These can be slightly larger (40-48px) and more stylized, but still line-based and geometric
Commenting Strategy visual Custom illustrated icons for the 5 inputs (Target Users, Target Topics, Commenting Voice, AI Persona, Comment Filters) converging into the Final Commenting Strategy node Each input as a small line-icon node (32px), connected by teal lines to a central "Strategy" node. Shows the intelligence behind each comment.
Post Boost visual Network node icons: interconnected user dots with engagement indicators (coral pulses for comments, gold for engagement metrics) Shows the reciprocity network as a living system, not a static feature
Team Management visual Organizational icons: manager seat (chair icon), LinkedIn account slot (LinkedIn-style rectangle, NOT the LinkedIn logo), billing (card icon), invite link (link icon) Shows the real structure: seats, slots, billing, invites. Not generic "team" icons.
Social media Brand-colored (teal or coral) icons, 24px Same as feature card icons

07. DESIGN PRINCIPLES

Principle 1: Human First

What it means: Every visual decision should prioritize the human element over the technical element. Real faces over avatars. UGC video over dashboard screenshots. Warm tones over cold ones. The design should feel like it was made by and for people who have conversations, not machines that generate output.

Principle 2: Proof Over Promise

What it means: Show, don't tell. Don't use a stock image of a "growing chart." Show the real pipeline dashboard. Don't say "human-quality comments." Show the before/after comparison. Don't say "learns your style." Show the Commenting Voice and AI Persona configuration pages. Every visual on the homepage should be evidence, not decoration. If a visual element doesn't prove something, it shouldn't be there.

Principle 3: Warm Momentum

What it means: The design should feel warm (cream, coral, human imagery) but also forward-moving (teal, geometric, directional arrows, the loop visual). Not calm and static (Linqin's quiet aesthetic). Warm and active. The visual energy should match the brand voice: direct, energetic, proof-first.

Principle 4: Clarity Over Cleverness

What it means: The homepage must be scannable in 5 seconds. The value prop must be visible without scrolling. The CTA must be obvious. The loop visual must be instantly understood. No clever design that sacrifices clarity. Every visual element should make the message clearer, not more interesting. This is a CRO-optimized homepage. Clarity converts, cleverness distracts.

Principle 5: Intelligence Visible

What it means: GrowReach is not a dumb commenting bot. It builds a commenting strategy from 5 inputs, auto-generates a voice brief from your LinkedIn profile, scores leads with a Heat Score, and drafts personalized connection requests with full conversation context. The visual identity should make this intelligence visible. Show the configuration pages. Show the strategy inputs converging. Show the Heat Score gradient. Show the drafted connection request with context. The homepage should make a smart person feel like they're looking at a sophisticated system, not a simple tool.

08. BRAND EXPRESSIONS

Website / Homepage

Element Direction
Background Warm off-white/cream (#FAF8F5). Not pure white. This is the primary canvas.
Hero section Teal-tinted gradient background or a clean cream background with a teal accent shape. Headline in Plus Jakarta Sans Bold (charcoal or teal): "Turn thoughtful comments into warm inbound leads that come to you." Emphasis word ("leads") in Fraunces italic. Primary CTA in teal.
The Loop visual Custom illustrated diagram showing the full feature flow: Comment (auto-commenting thoughtfully on key conversations, powered by the Final Commenting Strategy) > Conversation (replies and engagement) > Warm Lead (with Heat Score, HOT in coral / WARM in gold) > Reach Out (drafted personalized connection request with full conversation context) > Pipeline (New > Reached Out > Connected > Won). Each stage as a line-icon node connected by arrows. Teal for the path. Gold for the "pipeline" end node. Coral for HOT lead indicators. This is the hero visual.
